REFUND POLICY

I hereby confirm that I am the person detailed in this form submission, that I am the cardholder, or have permission from the cardholder to make the payment described. I confirm that I fully accept the Betting Loophole Terms & Conditions 1. General 1.1 Betting Loophole is an Internet based publishing service providing general information, forms, and sample documents. Betting Loophole is not a legal practice and nothing in Betting Loophole or associated websites constitutes legal advice. 1.2 Betting Loophole takes reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained in these web pages/e-mails is accurate and up to date. Betting Loophole may amend sections and add, replace, or remove forms or documents without notice. The information, forms and documents offered are designed to provide a guide for common situations. 1.3 Betting Loophole, its agents and employees will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the possession, publication, or use of or reliance on information obtained from this service. 1.4 Betting Loophole furnishes its information both on these web pages and on forms and documents issued through its service in good faith without express or implied warranty. Betting Loophole cannot be held responsible. 2. Privacy 2.1 Betting Loophole will not pass on your e-mail address to any third party organizations. 3. Communications 3.1 I (the subscriber whose details appear in this form) agree to receive a limited number of communications from Betting Loophole. I understand that communications may contain selected advertising. 4. Payments 4.1 I understand that subscription payments to the 'Alert Service' will be taken automatically every monthly and will appear on my statement as Vangard Alliance. I hereby give Vangard Alliance continuous authority to debit my credit/debit card on that basis. 4.2 I understand that by ordering the Betting Loophole product I will be charged a one off payment of $97 US. 4.3 I understand that if I wish to cancel the 'Alert Service' at any time I must do so in writing to Betting Loophole to cancel@Betting Loophole and I will include my payment receipt including the 'Order' number. (This will be the receipt you automatically receive from the payment processor whenever a payment is made delivered to you by e-mail). I understand that should I cancel in the described manner I will receive a confirmation of that cancellation, in writing from Betting Loophole. Betting Loophole will refund any payments taken from the date of cancellation should it be necessary. Without confirmation of cancellation, in writing, from Betting Loophole it cannot be assumed or guaranteed that Betting Loophole received the request. 4.4 I understand that on acceptance of my payment I will automatically receive passwords or products giving me access to the information purchased at Betting Loophole. 4.5 I understand that if I do not cancel my continuous authority for the 'Alert Service' with Betting Loophole in the described manner, new passwords or products will be issued/delivered for the requested period and are NON REFUNDABLE. 4.6 I understand that if I sign a ‘Disputed Transaction – Authority Not Given’ document for either an initial single transaction or continuous authority transaction with my credit card company - for whatever reason - and it subsequently transpires my card was not used fraudulently or without my knowledge the following applies: I agree to pay for the subscription/products at the published rate at the time for the period/amount disputed - plus an initial administration fee of $50 I hereby agree to make the payment within seven days of invoice - I forgo any rights whatsoever to defend this charge plus any costs incurred should it be necessary to recover it through the County Courts/Local or Civil Courts. 4.7 I agree that if I do sign the aforementioned documents (4.6) with my credit card company then I must inform the relevant authorities (police/credit card company etc) at the earliest available opportunity and instruct them to carry out a full investigation into the alleged misuse of my card. 4.8 I understand that the refund policy covering all Betting Loophole products states that Betting Loophole will refund 100% of the purchase/subscription cost should the product/service fail to deliver in any way from its description. I understand that to receive a full refund I must demonstrate that after following all published material instructions and taken advice from support and our publicized forum the product/service has failed in its description. Exceptions 5.0 Any exceptions to any of the points in Betting Loophole terms and conditions are made entirely at their discretion, without prejudice.
